Investor Onboarding Process
Hi, I am Angel, the Project Director and the principal Borrower of this investment project. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the prospective investors who made it this far, I’m well aware of the heavy reading involved and the headaches associated with digesting such an document heavy investment offering, thank you for taking this investment offering into such serious consideration.
Below I shall outline the process through which a prospective investor could onboard this investment project:

No amount of documentation in the world would do better justice than simply interacting with the man in charge of the project, since I have no intention to hide myself nor any project related details, any prospective investor could request a quick 20 minutes live call with me on your schedule (with at least 72 hrs notice), or request a direct call back, or sign up to take part in a weekly 1 hour group call with me every Sunday and Monday 7PM EST.

Document Execution:
Once a prospective investor has gone through the initial evaluation and is ready to commit funds to this investment offering, please notify me via email at:

Both the Loan Commitment and Escrow Agreement (master Contract) and the Collateral Agency Agreement shall be sent to said investor(s) for e-signature, indicating total commitment amount, funding Tranche designation (Tranche A or B or both), optional early funding election, optional direct draw election, and the official email address for all important communications.
Initial Deposit:
As stated under the Funding and Deployment page of this website, and Article IV, 4.3, a deposit equalling 10% of the aggregate Lender specific committed amount is required from each committed Lender, upon receipt of the executed master Contract and the Collateral Agency Agreement by a Lender, the Collateral Agent shall send out an official funding call together with wiring instruction with Tranche specific Deposit Escrow Account destination. All subsequent steps are governed by mechanics stated under the Funding and Deployment page of this website and the master Contract.
